Evan Schick
Born and raised in Missouri, Evan graduated from Mizzou then spent several years on Wall Street. Evan brings a rare combination of Wall Street rigor and Midwestern sensibility to every acquisition. After years advising on mergers and acquisitions at the highest levels of the market, he turned his focus toward something more enduring — building a firm that buys businesses to own them, not to sell them.
At Dominion Rhine Partners, Evan leads the sourcing and evaluation of acquisitions, bringing the same discipline and attention to detail that defined his advisory career to the work of identifying businesses worth keeping. He is drawn to companies with strong fundamentals, loyal workforces, and owners who care deeply about what happens next — and he approaches every conversation with the patience and directness those owners deserve.

Michael grew up on the plains of Winnipeg and spent his career at CIBC, Mizuho, and PwC learning how to look at a business and understand what it's really worth. He has a gift for numbers, but what drives him is the story behind them — the people, the history, and the potential that doesn't always show up on a spreadsheet.
